Dark Horse Nutrition offers something for everyone; private coaching and change management!
All packages include:
- 30-minute discovery and initial assessment. We will discuss your goals and explore your lifestyle and daily habits, including your diet history, current eating behaviors, and so much more.
- Personalized Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching
- A comprehensive nutrition plan to meet your current needs and lifestyle. We will work together for you to achieve optimal health; physical, mental, and emotional. I will be with you every step of the way.
- Goal setting and behavior change
- Personalized exercise plans that are proportional to your skill level and goals, and of course ones that you enjoy doing!
- As long as we are working together, you will have daily support and guidance through the use of the Practice Better coaching platform. This platform can be used to complete all assigned programs, food journaling, messaging to your coach, and so much more! But don’t worry. If you aren’t tech-savvy, all programs can and will be assigned directly to your email.
- Weekly Video/Phone check-ins where we will review your progress and provide feedback. We will make changes and adjustments as needed along the way and, of course, work through the process together.
- Access to the private Dark Horse Nutrition Facebook Community

3-Month Kickstart Package

- Nutrition: Nutrition is the beginning and foundation of any health and wellness journey
- Movement: We will tailor exercises that fit your individual ability, goals, and of course likes. Movement is a great and important supplement to go along with nutrition to get you burning calories while feeling amazing at the same time!
6-Month Transformation Package

- Nutrition: Same as above
- Movement: Same as above
- Mindset: It all begins with helping you to understand your “why” and branching out from there to create a more positive mindset with regards to nutrition and your health and wellness.
- Emotion: Do you find when you are stressed, sad, depressed, etc that you crave “junky” foods and it is often times hard to resist? Well, you are not alone! We all, including myself, have that struggle, but there are healthy ways to manage these urges. Understanding that emotions may be deeper than that, we will really focus on the underlying struggles. Together we will help you see nutrition in healthier way and not be afraid of the foods you love. All things in moderation is my belief and practice!
Change Management
We want to partner with you forever. Once you have reached your goals and are at the optimum state with your health and wellness, we can help you manage it. Getting there is only half the battle. Stay with us for monthly individual meetings.
