Hi! My name is Nicole and I am a Precision Nutrition certified coach here to help you reach your goals! I am a 14-year Air Force veteran, crossfitter, outdoor adventurer, wife, and cat mom to 2 crazy cats (Fred and Wilma). For years I struggled with my health, both physical and mental.
Yo-yo dieting, quick fixes and fad diets, I have done it ALL! And the weight always immediately came back plus some! I was unhappy and felt lost. With education, healthier habits, consistency, and healthier emotional and mental health, I was able to lose the weight and keep it off. I am healthier and fitter than I have been in years and stronger than ever! I not only have the knowledge to help you reach your goals, but I have personal experience and can most certainly empathize with someone just starting out.
I apply my experiences to my coaching. I understand that losing weight and living a healthier lifestyle is challenging, but that challenge can be enjoyable with the right mindset and support. So by now you may be asking yourself, What do I believe?
I believe that food shouldn’t be difficult or restrictive and you shouldn’t have to give up the foods you love. Food is fun! Food has become a way to socialize. It is all about making small changes and healthier decisions.
When “dieting” people often think they have to give up their favorite foods and even sometimes even cut whole food groups out of their lives to reach their goal weight. I am here to say, that is just not true. It is about moderation and finding healthier alternatives to those foods you love so much. I will work with you to find the right balance that fits your busy daily life. I will set you up for success by providing you the right tools and information to set you on the right path. This will be a collaborative effort when it comes to figuring out what works best for you. After all, no one knows you better than YOU!
